Default carburetor on a 1988 accord?

I have a 1988 accord andI need to clean out the carburetor, it keeps sticking around 2-3,000 RPMs. I was wondering, is there some place that would do this for me, I am currently in the military and dont exactly have a driveway/garage to work in.
