Default 1985 honda accord LX "carburetor insulator"

I have a vacuum leak that is caused by my "carburetor insulator ,PT# 16210-PD2-316". I have searched dealerships & junk yards online here in the US and over seas. No one has a clue. Is there any place that you know of that I can buy this insulator? Please send me any information. Thank you, hw3tnt.
1985 Accord LX, Manual 5 spd , air, 49state emission.

See if bkhondaparts may still have it, they list it. Doesn't mean they may be able to get it though; but, worth a try to call them.

If there is an air leak....as stated, seal it.

If the EFE grid - guess as the 3rd gens have it - is bad and that is what the issue is then there are a few other things to try.
