this is customers 99 accord towed to my shop with a no start problem; It has no codes present! I can get the engine to start and run fine if i press the accelerator slightly. The car runs fine while pressing the gas pedal but dies as soon as i let off the gas? No egr problem! I'm guessing IAC, but thats all i'm doing since I have no way of checking the iac motor! Again there are no codes present! Also I have checked all vacuum hoses and there is no problem! It runs perfect if you just press the accelerator???

 

4 or 6 cyl?

 

sorry it was a 3.0, i got with a honda tech who told me how to measure voltage signal at iac, and as i thought the iac was defective!
