89 accord lx carburetor ignition problem
I was driving and my tachometer went haywire then car died and wouldn't start. Tried it a cpl hrs later and started and drove fine for 10 mins or so and died again. No spark. Ohm's on coil show higher than it should on all tests. Ignitor tested ok I think. Is it my coil? I'm stumped!!

^This is an electrical problem, test some of these spots too.
It sounds as if your ignition coil dies as the car heats up, a replacement should kill that problem

Pretty easy for a cheap meter to be off by 10% or more when measuring low-ish resistance. So don't sweat that yet. Gotta spend a chunk of money for much better accuracy down there.
Coils "usually" fail to open circuit. It's kinda unusual for moderate change in resistance to happen, or for that to cause problems. Keep that in mind before spending $300 on a meter that can make an accurate measurement at single-digit ohms.
