Default Could really use some help.

So about 10 years ago I picked up a 2001 honda accord 4 cylinder for 300 bucks. It had 206,000 miles on it but ran incredibly well, in fact it had 337,000 when I hit a deer a couple months ago. Of course when I had to find a replacement, I looked for another accord and found a 99 v6. Bought it and replaced radiator, fan switch, TPS, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The thing runs amazing and I love it EXCEPT I commute 2 hours to work and now that the weather is warm, during the last 30 minutes of my drive, it's cutting out, let me explain........I turn the cruise off and get off the freeway 80mph to a stop. When I accelerate away from the stop(maybe 1/throttle) it's very jumpy like it's misfiring. I stop at the same gas station and get a drink leaving the car idling. Idles perfect. Jump back in the car and continue. At this point I give it some gas to get up to speed but once I reach that speed and let off a little it acts like it runs out of gas, like no power at all. However there is no lights coming on and the strange thing is I can floor it and it runs like normal and great until I reach the speed and back off the throttle a little then it does the same thing. So from no throttle to 1/2 or 3/4 throttle, I have nothing but full throttle picks up and takes off. I continue home, park it. Get up the next morning and it runs perfectly all the way through the rpm's again until later when it's hot then does that again. It's obviously heat related or caused so I made the fan run constantly today and all it did was prevent it for 5 extra minutes or so. No codes, no lights, I'm completely baffled. If anyone has had something similar or has any input, I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it. I'm not exactly wealthy and this is my only car now so it's very important it's reliable especially when I pick up my 8 year old for visitation. Thanks so much on advance
