Default Crank Pulley

I have a 1995 Accord LX 2.2L. Today my wife broke down with what appeared to be a dead battery issue. I managed to get the car home but no guages, battery light on and trouble with the transmission shifting. Got home and checked. The crank pulley has separated from the harmonic balancer. Is this repairable or does balancer and pulley need changed?

You need the whole pulley.

There's a bolt in the center to bolt the pulley onto the crankshaft. It's a PITA to remove; easiest way is if you have a big impact driver. The plastic inner-fender-liner has a hole lined up with that bolt.
