more than likely it is probly a plug like that...so ill pull them and check them out

Is the distributor cap supposed to have (what it looks like) oil or something of that texture all over the bottom of it and on top of w/e is below it ?????

the distributor cap shouldn't have oil in it, if there is oil under it you may have a bad O-ring around the distributor
