if the car does it only warm then most likely it is a bad choke pull off or vaccum leak.

YeuEmMaiMai : yes it only happens when the car is warm it performs perfect when it is cold, choke pull, I will look into that..

as for vaccum leak would be a little tougher to diagnos, thanks so much guys!!

based on my experience with older cars I'm going to backup the choke/vacuum leak theory... if it's warm outside I know on some vehicles you can just disconnect the choke and see what that does for you...
