Does an F20B DOHC VTEC engine fit in a 94 accord lx???

Well wouldn't I fail inspection for emissions since i don't hav a cat cuz I live in mass

Actually since my car is a 94 emissions doesnt really matter with my car correct???

I cant really tell you much about mass other than from what I've learned from personal experience and friends' experience is that any modified car gets pulled over and they will find something to give a ticket for. Even if its low tire tread.

Only OBDII require state emission, even though they still can reject to give you a safety inspection sticker because it's too loud, or visual inspection of the exhaust and found no cat or muffler. I put my stock muffler back for inspection :-)

are there any write ups on how to do this? cause the pricing for these two engines are like night and day for the same hp, and slightly differnt compressions. It just seems like if this could fit into the accord it would be better to go with the f20B no?
