Electrical issues - 92 Accord
I’m gonna try to be short on this. Essentially I can’t seem to get power on my plugs. My car died a few weeks back while I was driving. I unplugged my main relay and my neutral and waited a while and put everything back and it started right up. It happened again 5 days ago and I found oil on my plugs. I changed the plugs and wires and tried to get to the parts store and it died again. I ended up changing my VC gasket, upper and lower plug tube seals and my plugs on the side of the road and I’m getting nothing. I have no spark on any plug, the button on the Dist. Is turning, I have no power on my coil wire going into the dist., I can smell gas so the pump is pushing, I replaced the coil and nothing has changed. I’ve read so many of these threads and a lot of people end up getting their vehicle started at this point mysteriously, before they go further and I get no further explanation. I guess my question is how do I fix the power going into my coil and if I do have power at the coil why isn’t it passing through to the dist.? From what I’ve read I’ve found that most people suggest a wiring issue or an ecm issue.
