h22 is way better IMO, not the best for boost........but it can be done.

its an automatic but plan on switchin it to a man. Ive been told that if i want to beat a supra with about 300 horses with 15lbs of boost i need to get an h22 give it 700 horses and ill be able to beat him. wats better working on my f22 or get a h22 an work on it.

if you get all the parts from the junkyard, it can be around 600-700 bucks
