Engine modification queries
Hello all,
Before I begin with my query I wanted to state that I am a Master Level Technician with Acura. I have been American Honda exclusive for a decade plus now. I put this out for 2 reasons. First, if anyone has any unusual questions I will be happy to try and help. Second, while I may have been trained at some of highest level of Honda/Acura technician education, there are things here that I normally do not encounter. So I am seeking insight here where others may be more knowledgeable.....
I have a 05 Accord Coupe V6 6-speed. It has the J30 V6 that is similar in block design to 04-up Acura TL engines. Has anybody done any block swaps to go from a 3.0 to 3.2, 3.5, or even 3.7? I was entertaining the idea of trying this. I know a bit about the block designs, so some things will line up. Any help from others who have researched this is most appreciated.
As I stated previously, I am a Master Tech. If anyone has questions, please message me. If I can help, I will try my damndest.
Thanks all,
Madtube

Hey, WELCOME and sorry I can't answer your question.
But it's best to ask & answer questions in the forum. That way other people can benefit from reading it. It's sorta unusual for the situation to require private messages, like maybe if you want to exchange phone # or emails don't put THAT out in public.
