The OBX header is not C.A.R.B. approved correct? If there is not asticker under the hood showing it's CARB exempt you will likely have to remove it and replace with stock or a CARB exempt header.

so where can i get one of this carb sticker.....
for my obx headers cops are the same over here....
so having tinted tail lights is not legal cause thats my next project with my headlights
