Today, I made an illegal U-TURN in San Francisco on California and Sacramento. It was a double solid line, by Cala Foods, I was stopped immediately by a local 5-0. He got out of his car and in one short breath, he said everything he needed to say. I told him that I wasn't fluent in English and ask him to slow it now. He rudely said "NO!". So he wrote me a ticket and was on his way. Is there a way I can fight this? I know there's ticket assasin but my code isn't there, code 22103 ILLEGAL U-TURN. If anyone knows about this please help.

 

Well, I see that you fessed up that you made an Illegal U-Turn here in the forum, so in court you would not lie (would you)? Case close...pay the ticket and remember not to ever do it again...

Agreed. You got a legit ticket for doing something illegal. Just pay it. I've gotten 5 speeding tickets and I haven't fought one because they were legitimate tickets...

 

Like the above said why not pay the ticket if you are guilty. The officier may have written what you said in his notes. If you have no case the court rules in favor of the officier. If you appear you may also have to pay court costs as well.

 

There should be a number on the ticket somewhere for you to call to find out the court date and the fee. if you want to fight it, you can go to court. if the officer does not show up to court, you should not have to pay the ticket. if the officer does show up, you will probably have to pay it. if I were yu, I would ask about "driving school." You should be able to go to "driving school" and have the ticket wiped from your record. You will still have to pay the fine though I believe.
