H22 Engine Swap
Whats up everyone. I was recently told in another forum that I should look into a H22 engine swap for my 2002 Honda Accord LX 4cyl F23A1 Sedan. However I am unable to find out if there is a H22 engine that is made to swap and fit for my car. Any links, leads, or information on where I can find where to purchase an engine as well as what I would need in order to complete the swap. This was reccomended in lieu of putting on a Turbo kit.
Thanks for any help.

Well what H22 you get will depend on if you want/need to keep your car obd2 or not. The majority of H22s are OBD1.
The only OBD2 H22 that will work is the H22a4 out of a 97-01 Prelude non-SH.
The only other issue with keeping it obd2 is that the 97-01 prelude ECUs had immobilizers in them so it will only work in the car it came in. So you would have to get a 96 H22 ECU, which are in short supply but high demand.
