I have a 94 honda accord with a 93 h22a in it. had a headgasket problem with it and replaced it. When i went to put the timing belt back on it wouldnt it was a couple centimeters off. so I went to the honda dealer and they told me i have to take the tensionor off and then put the belt on. well i did that and the belts still in the same position as before. wat could be my problem?
