H23 Swap in 94 EX?

I've got a 94 Accord F22B4 with 370k miles and I'm looking at swapping in an H23A from a 92-96 prelude. I can not find much information on this swap other than swapping just the heads for a gain. Does anybody have any insight on this swap? Thanks.
