96 accord ex 2.2 liter vtech, would it be worth swapping heads with a f20b?

 

for all intents and purposes a f20b head is pretty much the same as a h22 head, would gain some power, nothing major, and would be a bit of a pain to do, so in my opinion not worth it.

FYI - VVT-i is almost identical to i-VTEC from what I've read.

 

my friend has VVTL-i(celica gts).........................i'll stick with a H.
