Help, suggestions needed 2009 Honda Accord 2.4 loses power and bogs down cant get above 40 mph going up hill/inclines. Seems to run fine as soon as I crest the incline to flat or down hill. There is no check engine light on and not throwing any codes. After some online symptom searching I replaced the fuel pump it did not cure the issue. Any suggestions or anyone have this issue and know the issue and remedy???
