It's strange but this noise comes back when its wet out, plus if it was a bearing on one of the pulleys or tensioners it would always make that noise, unlike in this case.

like mR nasty said ,, it could be a belt slipping,,,,,, first off, chk al the belts tension , readjust as needed,
