Default HIgh Side A/C Line & Fitting

Hello,
I have a 2004 Honda Accord V6 Coupe with 78k miles. All of the sudden the A/C stopped blowing cold air. I took my car to a local mechanic for diagnosis.
The mechanic said the high side A/C line has a leak and has to be replaced and quoted $350 for replacing including parts.

Also the mechanic mentioned there is a power steering fluid leak and the hose has to be replaced. I was quoted $450 for this job. The mechanic showed me the hose under the hood which looked greasy.

I have no basic knowledge about car mechanics and I am not sure if I can trust the findings of the mechanic specially regarding the power steering hose replacement.

The only thing i have ever got done is replace oil/filter, brakes maintenance and brake fluid service. I have never replaced/flush the transmission fluid / induction service. The mechanic also recommended doing this.

I will really appreciate any inputs you guys can provide me.

Thanks,
