I had installed hondata s300 to accord cl1, every thing seen alright, but only the a/c fan won't on, I use odb2b to odb1 harmness with p28 ecu, anyone help?

 

No idea what a hondata s300 or cl1 is. Suggest you treat problem like any electrical fault.

Check for 12v at blower connector, if missing check fuses and wiring. If voltage present bad fan or blower resistor or power transistor.
