Not a bad deal since the trans alone is worth around 600-800bucks. It's a pretty simple swap. I think only your driver side motor mount needs to be changed to a prelude one and everything else is pretty much a direct swap.

Since you say you have a 2.3 already you have a f23 so your OBD2 is the h23 swap a OBD2 engine or OBD1 engine?

i would put the f trans on the h23a for sure..I'm not a fan of non-turboed h-transmission cars.

????

Why would you not be a fan of a non turbo h series tranny cars? The h series trans has much shorter gears...for putting more power to the ground faster. That’s why allot of guys who want to keep stock F series engine go with a h22 trans. Just the h series trans swap alone will make you faster than the same year and model accord as yours...just b/c is has shorter gears.
In fact most ppl do it the other way around...if turbo H or F series engine they go with F series LONG gears. The all motor guys go with the h22 gears or B series gears with the H2B kit. If your trying to be fast don't play with the F series gears. Only good for gas millage on the HWY
