ok i just bought a 2003 accord ex coupe.... I really need to know soon if i should go with an Injen cold Air intake or just a short ram intake... it would be great if you have heard one or both on the 3.0 ... i want power but more than that i want a great sound... please help as much as possible it would be most appreciated. thanks

 

Sri will be louder.
cai might have hydrolock which would be bad

I ran an AEM V2 cai on my 2000 2.3 for like 2 years. Car was lowered, all types of weather in NH. No problems whatsoever. I stayed out of puddles on the filter side. Thats about it. Cold air is better for the motor than hot engine compartment air like with the sri. And both sri and cai will sound throaty.

 

SRI will give you a slightly quicker throttle response...while the CAI will give you more mid-range power.
