Default Interesting timing issue with a 1991 honda accord f22 motor

I have a 1991 honda accord that has a f22 motor in it.

I bought it for dirt cheep ($150) with just a blown head gasket. or so i thought.

I replaced the head gasket got the motor running desent, went to check the timing and couldent even find the 15 degree mark on the fly wheel thru the little hole. So I desided to look to see if i had gotten the timming belt off and that was causeing my issues.

Got in there and what i suspectedthe cam was off about 6 degrees. so i double checked the tdc mark on the flywheel and aligned the cam gear so it was aligned along the edge of the head with the up mark pointing up. get the hole car back togeather (thinking it will run awsome now) and nothing, it wont even start no matter what i do to it....

Any ideas?? im so lost at what to do at this point its not even funny. Eather theres something epically off or i really screwed something up haha.

So help would be awsome at this point =)

Thank you
Shelbey
