J30A4 blown, new swap lumpy idle????

Default J30A4 blown, new swap lumpy idle????

So i put a motor in an 04 accord the other day it was a auto J30A4, and the original was manual, so i switch all the parts over from the manual head to the auto head that was different. using manual ecu, and 6 spd manual tranny.

so basically i have block and head that are auto with other parts around it to convert to manual, (im, coolant passages, harness, subharness.. and so on)

Now for the life of me I can't figure out while it idle's lumpy and driving not to good, do auto and manual have different vtec systems? or somthing and the manual ecu doesn't like it? or is it the im with the butterfly on it? any ideas? . its buggin the crap outta me.

OEM manual 6 spd wiring harness was used the one that came with the car.

This is the DBW engine also.
