Default JDM Engine for Turbo F-series

What better (and cheaper for building turbo) engine for turbo 10 PSI?

1) F22B (prelude si 96year DOHC comp.ratio 9 160hp)
2) F22B (accord wagon SOHC comp.ratio 8 145hp)

thx

generally the lower the compression ratio the better for turbo

not as important as compression ratio, the lower the compression ratio the more boost you can run safely

i'm not all too familiar with the F18 as it was never offered in the US and isnt a popular swap(dont know anyone who has done that swap in the states) but i would say you could prob save some money and just boost that and not do a swap.

the exhaust manifold really doesnt matter if your turboing it as you would need a turbo manifold. and perhaps just rebuild it, would still be cheaper than a motor swap
