I want this one carbon fiber hood that has vents right behind where my turbo is. I think that would take so much heat out from under the hood. But the only thing I've heard is that carbon fiber will melt from the heat of the turbo...

What the heck are you wanting to get and extra 20-30 hp out of what..have you tried to get the HP that you have in there out to your wheels yet?

Just spend the money for a fiberglass hood, its great seeing someone just take the hood off their car and placing it off to the side with no help. lol Seriously 20 or so pounds and better heat resistance and you can paint it to whatever you want, you just have to invest in locking hoodpins
