Default NEED HELP NOW!!! 5 Spd Tranny

Hi everyone, i need major help soon!

last night we had a flash flood around our area, and i drove through a huge puddle that was up to my doors. My car starts and revs fine, but it will not go into any gear. The clutch seems like it works perfectly fine, but i cannot get it into any gear.

if anyone knows what could possibly be going on please let me know! also if anyone knows how to fix it, that would be great too!

THANKS!

Have someone look and see if the clutch fork/slave cylinder is actually moving when you press the pedal.

Can you shift into any gear when the engine's NOT running?

If your clutch is dragging, you won't be able to shift into gear when the engine is running.

If the clutch is slipping badly, or something is broken, then you'll move the shift lever into gear OK, but when you let out the clutch it acts like it's still in neutral.

Cars RARELY heal themselves. So someday it might come back... THEN you can check about shifting when the engine's not running.
