no.1 cylinder not firing

Default no.1 cylinder not firing

Hey guys i have a 93 accord ex i recently swapped the motor with a 97 f22b1. now the motor went in fine and it runs... but for some reason the no.1 cylinder is not firing or misfiring.... its getting spark and its getting fuel.... now wen i started the car for the first time i had a code 9... i changed the the cap and rotor and cleared the code but the cylinder is still misfiring or not firing at all... i dont know what culd b wrong with it
