So I have been getting mixed Info on my engine. I know the block is a f22b1 but it isn't matched to a vtec head. I have read that the f22b1 is and is not a vtec engine. I'm having some running issues and wonder if I have the wrong head.

 

Ok so from searching here I found that I have a b1 block with a b2 head...should I just go with a vtec head or is it really going to matter?

 

Not going to make a huge difference

 

I might as well do the f23a1 swap. How well does that motor except boost?
