Default questions about 92 swap

I have a 92 accord LX, and im thinking about the swap to the H22. Is the H22 manual? I'm currently running auto, and would like to keep it that way. If i kept the F22 tranny, would there be any lose in power. I read something about putting the H22 DOHC or the F22. What would be the power gain from that. Keep in mind i dont have the know how or the tools to switch the parts myself. Would it be easier/cheaper to do one or the other, the head swap or the total engine?
