Default Recommendation for tune-up (J30A1)

I bought a set of Denso (IK 16) spark plugs and NGK blue wire from Advance auto part.
I am just wondering if these two can work well in my car.
I heard many replies about the idle problem from Denso spark plug.
If Denso can't work well for Honda, I will switch Denso to NGK immediately.
Please give me any advice, although this is a grandfather question.
Also, do I need to get any stuff for tune-up, besides spark plug and wire?

First off, I would take back the denso's immediatly and switch them out for a nice set of ngks... These cars love them... Also get some anti-seize and put on the threads of the spark plug... This is not required, but I feel all who dont use it need a good ::slap::
For a good tune-up... You should change your spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, pcv filter, air filter(unless you have a reusable, in that case clean it), distributer cap and rotor, check all your belts(if worn replace), check all your fluids(top off if necessary)...

NGK and Denso run great in honda engines...but the NGK's would be a SLIGHT upgrade from the Denso plugs.

For corvetteking,

Do you recommend any brands for fuel filter, pcv filter, distributor cap and rotor?
Thanks

For all of these parts, just go to your local oreillys auto and pick them up... Call around to all your local parts houses and check their prices on them... Most auto parts stores have a low price guarentee...
For the fuel filter, i say wix, just because ive had a couple of them and they seem to do good... For the pcv filter, I'd just go with whatever the house special is... The dist. cap and rotor, you can either summit racing, or msd... But if you dont wanna special order, just pick up an oem replacement from the parts house...

I just ordered a set of NKG Iridium IX 2477 and NKG 8044 plug wires for my J30A1. Thanks to those who helped me make the decision over Denso - I was on the fence with that.

And I even got Black Friday prices shopping Advance Autoparts online today.
