i bought my first Honda last week. I have a 1994 Accord EX and i have changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, and the intake manifold gasket. My car sputters like it doesn't want to speed up when I slowly hit the gas. It had been sitting for about a year when I bought it. I ran Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner and Seafoam through it and it is still happening. What might it be?
