Default Steering wheel jerk during shifting!!!

Ok guys heres the deal!! I have a problem with my 97 honda accord automatic transmission.Everytime my tranny shifts down a gear, i get a terrible jerk to the left!!! I dont know what it could be... my steering seems pretty tight, (no wander or shaking ) Just a jerk when it drops down a gear! If anyone else has had this problem PLEASE lemme know.... Its a lil dangerous, but doesnt really bother me. I can keep it on the road without any problems... just gets kinda annoying...

PEACE

I had a similar problem with my 96 accord and it turned out the right radius rod nut was about ready to fall off. I'd check those two nuts first.
