Hey all, have any of you heard about the Turbo Charge Whistler device? It is this tip that goes in your exhaust and when you accelerate really fast, it makes your car sound VERY much like Turbo charged for only $50 or so. Have any of you tried it and if you have, does it effect your car's performance in any way since it closes off your exhuast to a smaller hole so there could be a compression in the pipe? I hope those of you who know about this can help me. Turbo charge is a LOT better but, $4,500 is too much. Thanks

why would you want something makes your car sound faster? being a honda owner you are automatically stereotyped, putting things on your car that dont improve performance but makes it sound fast is only adding to that stereotype.

This section is about engines and internals, which involves the inner workings of a running engine, which means something that effects the sound coming out of the tip of your muffler should have never been posted here.

As for your take turbo sound, yeah, it sounds like a turbo in your exhaust, but its a pointless pretend mod if you dont have the sound of a blow off valve at the front of your car like mbo said in the turbo section.

You may not care about stereotypes, but people who actually care about their car do.
