Default valve adjusment on 94 accord ex question

I'm working on a 94 EX Accord wagon 4 cyl. I read the DIY and looked at the car and have one stupid question. What is the best way to get a 19mm socket on the crank shaft bolt to rotate the engine?

The area in front of the pullys looks pretty tight. Do you raise the car and put it through the wheel well or work it from the top/bottom?

Thanks

Use an extension & go in from the wheel well. You don't even have to raise the car - just steer hard left. You'll see there's a sorta hole with plastic flaps - you can push the socket thru & right onto the pulley. (At least it's that way on the Honda's I've owned.)

I take the spark plugs out and use a wrench on the p/s pulley.
