Default Weird noise at 2000-3000rpm

Ihear a weird noise at around 2000-3000rpm and i was wondering what it could be. The ecu has been reset as far as i know but the car does need an oil change i was wondering if one of the valves is off/loose. Any suggestions would help.

saying you have a weird noise whiledriving is the most broad and unhelpful thing to help identify a problem because it could be any number of things and people saying what the problem could be based on your limited description could send you in the direction of 50 things that really arent the problem

Off the top of my head I would say it's the resonator.

REBELK,, REBELK,, REBELK,, AHY AHY AHY

if you were a doctor and i came in saying my body hurts ,,what do you think the first question would be ???? what part of your body hurts ??

Now where is the noise coming from,,?? and what kind of noise ?? noise only while driving ?? aa the time ?? at idle?? and to top it all off is it a 1976 or a 2006 accord?? I am not trying to be smart or give you a hard time but if you want our help you have to help us

also input the year and model in your signature so we all know what car we are trying to help you on
Unless you are very low on oil , needing an oil change will not cause noise nor does resetting the ECU

oops sry if i was a bit too vague. the caris a 93 sccord andthe sound is coming from the engine and only at around 2000-3000 rpms its sort of like a lag... when i drive its very weak at those rpms and i go a lil slower than i think i should be at, but this problem only occurs when 1st gear. the engine is a stock f22b2 if that also helps.

driving at a stragiht path, the noise is consistent like you hearing a muscle car givin a large BRROOMM!!!! but lessens at 40kph and below. is this a normal thing for a '94 accord? pls help. tnx.
