I dont think midas or like tire warehouse would do it, but almost all "mom and pop" shops do.

I bought all the parts needed (tbelt, water pump, seals, drive belts)from a local honda dealer for under $200.

$150might very well bea goodprice for labor. But before taking it tothat placefor the job, make sure that they arecompetent with your year Accord. Here's anexample of what can happen if they aren't:

-Balance shafts drivebelt

-Crank seal

-Front balance shaft seal

-Camshaft seal

-And, if you want, valve cover gasket set.
