Default 00 accord rear hub/bearing replacement help

I'm stumped. I set out this morning to replace the driver rear hub, and am still at it... Seems that when I pulled the hub off, the bearing incasement came apart, leaving half on the axel. Ever seen this? I can't seem to figure out a way to take it off... I've tried jaw pullers, heating it, beating it, prying. Any tips, tricks that I'm missing? There has to be! Geese. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That happened to me. I managed to get it started off with a sharpened screwdriver (hit with a mallet). First I soaked it in PB-Blaster overnight.
