01 no start, has fuel pressure and spark
I'm working on this 01 accord 4cyl, like I said it won't start the fp comes on and it does spark just fine. I don't have a way to actually test the fuel pressure but i disconnected the line and fuel came out. The car will run great on starter fluid and then die out of course. Also it will start on it's own and run for about 2 or 3 seconds and then die out. In addition it blows smoke out of the intake. I checked compression on all 4 cyl. and it was great close to 180 psi. Checked spark with spark tester and it was fine. I also put a scanner on it and checked the tps no prob there, map sensor seemed ok. there were no codes either, and there is power to the injectors the voltage was at 2v then drops to 1v. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running on starter fluid means that spark is ok. You have a fuel problem.
Each injector has two wires. One wire is the same color on all of the injectors. That wire should have 12V with the key in the II position at each injector.

For the 12V side to the fuel injectors, here is the the order for the power supply:
Battery - Ignition Switch - Main Fuel Relay - Injector Resistor - Fuel Injector.
What I don't have is a good wiring diagram for the 98-02 accords. You can buy a 98-02 manual from automanualsource on Ebay or their website for $21.99 and download it almost instantly as a pdf. It is worth the investment IMO.
You can follow the wires to the injector to the injector resistor box. It should have a an aluminum case with ridges to help exchange heat. I am not sure where it is on your car. I should have 5 wires going into it. One wire will have 12V to ground. The other 4 wires go to each injector.

I understand. If you want to diagnose the problem, then you should test the voltage working back from the injector to see where the voltage drops from 12 to 2V.
Did all four injectors have 2V going to each one?
Also, test the voltage across your battery terminals, just to be sure that you read 12V on the battery and verify that your volt meter is working properly.
