Default '02 Accord Coupe that moo's

'02 Accord Coupe EX
Automatic
ULEV 4cyl

While the car is parked in the garage, about every 5 - 10 minutes it makes a moo'ing sound from a black box under the car about where the rear drivers side seat is that appears to have something to do with the fuel tank, it has ports labeled "tank" and "purge". Is this normal?!

That's the EVAP canister. There's a vent valve that releases pressure from the gas tank. Seems sorta common, but not completely normal, to make noise when it releases. I don't think it really hurts anything, except that maybe the vent valve is getting ready to screw up next month. Or next year...

So should I take it in to the dealership? I bought the b-b warranty, and it's still within the miles
