Default 03 Honda Accord 3.0L shift problems

I recently bought an '03 Accord for a good price though requiring some work. I replaced all the breaks and tires but afterward realized it has a shifting problem. It is not using the lower gears. Acceleration is extremely slow unless I put it in gear 1 manually. The codes are P2770, P0974, and P0980. After investigating the most likely culprit appears to be the Shift Solenoid. I have a spent a lot of time on google and can't find any info for my engine. I have found about troubleshooting the solenoid on the 4 cylinder but the 6 cylinder is completely different and I can't locate it. If I can simply locate it, I may be able to troubleshoot it based off the other videos I've watched for the 4 cylinder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend purchasing a shop manual for your car. You can get a pdf for $22 at automanualsource.com. It will save you money and time in the long run and worth the investment.

Shift solenoid C is below the battery tray on your transmission. The shop manual says to remove the battery and battery tray to access it. Shift solenoid C has a grn/red and a black wire going to it.
