I have the 2.4 vtec in my wife's 2003 CR-V and the spark plugs are right under your nose once you pop off the beauty cover.

Are the 03 (and newer) 3000cc v6's like this?

Most V engines are horrible for spark plug access. Hmmm, myprevious 3.4 Tacoma was easy though...
