HELP.... I'm driving an 04 Honda accord ex v6 6 speed with 101k on it.

i am experiencing an odd problem. i keep getting p2195 and p2197 dtc's.

the only mod to the car is a k&n typhoon intake used as a short ram.
i purchased the k&n intake to replace the oem box that was damaged due to heat from constant driving. (the box to throttle body split)

the car runs fine and doesn't have and driving issues.

when i went to clear the codes while the engine was running it would not allow me to do it. but i can do it with the engine off and just the switch on.

i am also starting to notice a problem with the app sensor (dead spot) which happens with a rheostat when they are used a lot.

i am concerned that this issue has to do with the fact everybody is using ethanol in their fuel that they sell. if that is the case then what can i do.

i did notice problems like this before but not this constant. it is happening all the time.
i have no money and can figure out anything with computers. so i cant go to a dealer and i have no friends that know anything about these Accords.
