Default '04 Accord Serp belt

I'm about to replace the cracked serpentine belt on my wife's '04 Accord EX (4 cyl.).

Just curious: is there a special wrench needed toloosenthe tensioner wheel? I can reach the 12mm bolt on the tension arm mount (in the center of the arm's base), but loosening that doesn't seem to free the tensioner arm so that I can free up the belt. What else is involved in retracting the tensioner arm? There's a funky-looking 6-pointed hub that surrounds that mounting bolt.

Thanks in advance!

The tensioner is spring loaded. No special tool needed, just a long wrench. 17 or 19mm i think.
