I had a windshield replaced in a 2004 EX V6 with navigation. The screen and the navigation worked prior to pulling into the glass repair shop. When i left, it didnt. Its been 2 days and hasnt worked since. The screen says Honda Navigation then goes out and then comes back on and says honda navigation again. you cant see the AC or radio controls either. Ive taken out the disc several times thinking it would reboot but no luck. Any idea the problem or how to fix?

I'm not familiar with the 04, so I wonder if they disconnected the battery when they did the work.

I would look in the owner's manual to see if there is any information about entering a code into the radio if the battery was disconnected.

 

I was there and watched everything and nothing was disconnected. its a mystery or major cooincedence. Glass guy thought it was a grounding issue and said to wait a day or so. Ive waited and it still doesnt work.
