I have a '96 Accord. Recently, I replaced the battery and alternator. Now the headlights will only work sometimes. When they do come on, they flicker. Where should I start?

 

First thing to check is that the battery and alternator connections are secure, and those cables and wiring are good. Also, ensure that the alternator belt tension is good and all bolts and adjusting locknut were properly re-installed and tight.
