'05 Weird Noise at Highway speeds
I have a 2005 Accord EX V4 w/ 40k miles, and have had all the regularly scheduled maint. completed.
A few weeks ago, I noticed the car had developed this loud, tinny, vibration-like noise coming from the rear left of the vehicle. The noise only seems to start at highway speeds (55-75+) when I hit a bump/joint in the roadway. Depending on the road surface, the rattle almost takes on a harmonic resonance and will continue for a while. I am sure it is something on the outside of the car because if I open the window, it gets really loud.
Has anyone ever dealt with this of have an idea what it could be? I've tried poking around the area in the garage to see if I could find something, but have had no success.
