I'd buy the R-134a with dye included. I think amazon sells small cans with the dye included and makes this process much easier. Charge the R-134a plus dye just like when you recharged the system. Run the system for a day and start looking for leaks.
Once you find the leak(s), then you can discharge, repair, vacuum, then recharge the system with the proper amount of R-134A. I'd use R-134A with dye when you recharge, so you could find future leaks as well.
The total amount of R-134A for your car should be on a sticker under your hood or on the radiator support. The owner's manual may have this information too.

Thanks for all the info. I already ordered the dye and the large cans of Freon. Really limited here is Canada with the price. It is cheaper to buy from Amazon.com with the shipping + duty than buying local.
Anyhow, I should have everything I need by October 16th. May be a little harder to find out how much Freon to use because it will be cold here. Right now I just have the charge can with the low side hookup. Once I get my manifold, how much pressure should I have or need?

So went out for dinner tonight and the car ran fine. Went to go home and when I started the car it almost stalled then okay then RPM's down again and heard squealing and smelled burning rubber. Shut it off then back on, same thing, Turned off the fan and was okay. When I got home I did some troubleshooting and when you turn the fan on the A/C clutch engages and is putting a high load on the car to the point of the belt slipping. Belt is tight and not worn. I took out the AC relay under the hood and now I can turn the fan on. I'm wondering now if the compressor is the reason why my AC stopped working. Are there any other fuses I need to deal with? What do I do now?
I thought initially you had a leak. Could it be that the pulley is sticking causing the belt to burn? How often was the system maintained?
As of now you could potentially have a couple issues and being that I'm not there to see what's going on I can't give you a reasonable solution. If anything I would just change it all. Buy a compressor kit, condenser and belt and change it all out. It's not the right answer but not being able to see and touch your issue on my own it's the quickest answer I can give at this point.

Sorry not sure on the maintenance you are referring to so it probably wasn't done. I suspect there was a leak initially because in the summer the AC stopped working so I added a bottle of Freon and it worked for a month. Last time I checked the low side was at 12.5 lbs. The pully turns freely when the AC clutch is not engaged.
When the a/c clutch is engaged you have an issue with the belt sticking. So the clutch needs to be replaced or new compressor. I always replace the compressor in these instances some don't. While you're at it reseal everything and replace the expansion valve and 2 cores on the high and low sides.
When the clutch engages it is putting a heavy load on the engine to the point where the belt squeals and starts slipping. I'm assuming sean meant slipping and not sticking.
Does anyone have a diagram of everything I need to replace? Is there a good place to source these parts? When you say reseal everything, what specifically does that mean? Do I need to put oil in the system for the new parts? This DIY is getting big.
